The 2013 Spalding Flower Parade took place on Saturday 4th May. It was destined to be the very last Flower Parade although in future years, several attempts were made to have at least some form of parade but it was never to be the same again, until 2023.
Inca Honour was elected as the 2013 Flower Queen. The 18 year old performing arts student from Whaplode St Catherines was to be the last Spalding Flower Queen.
