1973 - The famous Disney Flower Parade
The 1973 parade saw horrendous weather on the Sunday and crowds were down to around 60,000. The parade on Saturday attracted 400,000 people.
Miss Tulipland was Maureen Cousins and her deputy was Jane Darley.
This year, the traffic was described as 'horrendous'.
